Click the tab Lookup Lists to activate the tab. By default Asset Strategy Optimization will use the system wide Look up lists. Read more about how to set application wide lookup lists.
To define lookup lists at FMECA-level, you first have to activate this setting, by setting the option in the field FMECA-level settings. Asset Strategy Optimization will check whether or not any of the general lookup list values are already in use. If so, then Asset Strategy Optimization will give a warning that these references will be lost when switching to FMECA-level settings. After confirming this message, all references to existing lookup lists for this FMECA system will be ignored and a new empty set will be created.

The left side of the screen will now show the list of lookup lists that Asset Strategy Optimization offers. If you select a lookup list on the left-hand side, the existing values will be shown on the right-hand side. Each list will initially be empty, so there won't be any value visible.

You may now edit the set, by selecting a list and subsequently add, edit or delete values for the selected list. Each of these actions is described below.

Note: The four lookup-lists can be found in the option screen Extra > Option > Lookup Lists. Notice that there are five lists here, while there are only four in the screen above. The Supplier list can only be managed on application level, not on FMECA-level.

The application wide list of lookup lists contains five lists, while at FMECA-level there are only four. The Supplier list can only be managed on application level.
