Run the Reports

Once a report is updated via Reports management to Asset Strategy Optimization, you can run the report. The following are the steps to run a report.

1. Select a model in the FMECA-tree, FM library, Simulation, or in RCA screen

2. Open the menu User Reports > User Reports
   

   The Show Report window appears, displaying the report type selected in step 1.

   

   The left pane displays the type of report,and from the right pane, one of the reports can be selected.

   

3. Select Show report to run the report

   Asset Strategy Optimization now retrieves the data of the desired system or part from the database. Crystal Reports will display the report in a separate window. You can also examine the report in this window. This window is also used for printing and saving the report.

4. Click Close to close the Show Report window.
