Set up the Report Data Folder

The created or imported reports are placed in the report data folder.

  1. Open the menu Extra > Options > Module settings

  2. Open the top tab: Report module.

  3. Click Browse to set a folder (under the folder for report module data)

  4. Double-click the desired folder and click OK.

  5. Click OK again to confirm the new folder

The following two folders will be created in this folder:

  • \Report

  • \TTX

Example:

If you set c:\opt_reports as data folder, the reports will be placed in: c:\opt_reports\report and the TTX files in c:\opt_reports\ttx.

Network folders

If multiple workplaces use the same Asset Strategy Optimization database (by means of an MS SQL server), you have to set the Report module folder using a network folder. To be able to use the reports, the other users must have access to (and sufficient rights for) the network location.
