The effects of analysis are also expressed in a set of graphs.
Gauge
The gauge indicates how many stock candidates were actually selected to be stocked.
Pie charts
The pie charts indicate how many failure causes are in the grid with a specific property. Three properties can be present or absent, giving a total of 8 combinations:
A: Stocked: No or Yes
B: Critical: No or Yes
C: Preventive Maintenance: No or Yes

Filtering information
Each colored part of a pie can be used to filter the information shown. Use the mouse to drag the a part of the pie outward, and the grid will be filtered to show only elements with those properties. The filter-settings will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Remove the filter
There are two ways to undo the filter:
-
Move the exploded part back into the pie with the mouse
-
Press the cross in the filter line at the far bottom left of the screen
Editing the filter manually
The filter function used is the same as elsewhere in Asset Strategy Optimization. To edit the filter manually, click the Edit Filter option at bottom of the screen to display the filter editor.
Note: All filtering information is kept as long as the Stock Analysis screen is left open.
Excel Export
All information shown in Stock Analysis screen is kept as long as the screen is open. For reference purposes the user may export a view to Excel at any time, by clicking the Excel export button at the bottom left of the screen.
The output will reflect exactly the grid as it appears on the screen.
Note: In Excel, information can be edited the way Excel supports it.
Other manipulations, sorting and grouping
Just like other grid-like representations in Asset Strategy Optimization, the user may change the representation of the data in the Stock Analysis screen, by sorting, filtering and grouping information.
Some examples:
Sorting: click on a column header to sort; click again to reverse sorting
Filtering: move the mouse to the column header to reveal a filter symbol; click it to open the filter editor
Grouping: drag a column header to the group row above it to group on that column
Other options: right click on any of the column headers to reveal a option menu with more options
