Audit Trail

The Audit Trail functionality makes it possible to track the changes within FMECA systems. It is possible to gain insight into the changes that have been done and applied in the FMECA system, furthermore when and by who.

On application level it is possible to see which objects in the FMECA tree have been changed by using the properties or the FlexGrid windows, including date and time when the changes took place. When authorization is in place it is also possible to view which user has been responsible for the changes.

By using the jump-to function it is possible to see which fields for a specific object have been changed, the old and new values will be visible here. Besides the insight into the changes on application level, it is also possible to have an audit trail for each FMECA system or object (asset, failure mode, maintenance action).

A filter screen named Audit Trail - Field level data offers the possibility to generate different overviews of the Audit Trail log, possibilities to track the changes for a specific object or field has also been incorporated.
