When looking at the time, when events are planned they rely on a number of variables. These variables are briefly discussed here.
-
Failure events:
The MTTF of the failure cause (with a variation if any distribution is configured)
-
FBM events:
Occurs directly after the failure event (unless the failure event is caused by a hidden failure)
The MTTF of the fail cause (with a variation if any distribution is configured)
The logged maintenance time is reaction time + maintenance time
-
UBM events:
The interval of the UBM or in case this UBM is contained in a CLM, the interval of the CLM
The PM strategy (keep planning, suspend planning) has no effect on UBM’s since all actions are re-planned after repairs/replacements
The maint. counter of the follow up action if defined as a UBM follow up action after CBM-follow up.
-
CBM events:
The interval of the CBM or in case this CBM is contained in a CLM, the interval of the CLM
The PM strategy (keep planning, suspend planning)
-
The First time setting
The MTTCC/LeadTime (with a variation if any distribution is configured), based on the MTTF of the Failure cause (with a variation if any distribution is configured)
The length of the CBM Follow up
The Maint. counter of the follow up
The UBM Action after follow up
-
CBM-Follow up events:
The MTTCC/LeadTime of the CBM (with a variation if any distribution is configured), based on the MTTF of the failure cause (with a variation if any distribution is configured)
-
CLM events:
The interval of the CLM
The PM strategy of the CLM (keep planning, suspend planning)
