Edit information fields

Information fields allow you to enter useful details about a crude into the data share. A number of information fields are included by default, but you can add your own, which are then shared across your organisation. Information fields can be used to sort and filter crudes in the Database view.

To edit the information fields that are associated with a crude, click Edit Reference Data in the Advanced group of the Enterprise ribbon tab. Then select the Info Field tab. This displays the info fields which are currently associated with the crudes in the data share.
