Configure your database views

You can change the appearance of the database by choosing the number of columns that are displayed, and the information that is displayed in them, including the formatting of the data. Once you have set up the columns in the way that you want, these sets of columns can be saved as a View.
To launch the Configure Views dialog, either:

Select Configure Views from the View menu in the Data section of the Home ribbon tab, or

Right-click on a column header in the database view and choose Configure View from the context menu.

The top section of the dialog box indicates which view you are currently managing. The left hand section of the dialog box indicates which columns are currently configured, and as you choose different items in this list, the right hand side of the dialog, the Details section, is reconfigured to show more detail about your choices, including numerical precision, and formatting if appropriate.
