Update history

It is possible to view your history of CrudeSync updates in the product, for the entire database or for a single crude.

To view your history of CrudeSync updates for the entire database, click Update History in the CrudeSync group of the Enterprise ribbon tab. The history describes the series of updates retrieved by CrudeSync. Each update contains information including:

• Update Type: The type of update performed by CrudeSync.

• Date Applied: The date when the update was actually applied by Assay.

• Date Created: The date the update was created.

• Description: An informational comment describing the update.

You can reorganise the display of these fields, or configure the dialog to show additional fields, by clicking the Columns... button. See Configure your database views.

To view your history of CrudeSync updates for a single crude in the database, select the crude in the Database view and choose CrudeSync > Update History from the context menu. The history is identical to the whole Database update history, except that it describes only those updates that have been applied to the selected crude.
