Views menu. Allows you to save and recall layouts of the database view

You can quickly change the view of the Database using the Views menu. You can either switch to a predefined view, or configure a new custom view.

To switch to a predefined view, simply select a view from the Views drop down list. Predefined views available in Assay include system views such as the default or standard view and installation-specific views, as well as user-defined views created using the Configure Views dialog.

To configure a custom view, where you choose exactly what is displayed in the columns comprising the view, press the Configure View button Icon configure views showing grid with pencil in the Views menu to launch the Configure Views dialog. See Configure your database views.
