Save reports

Selecting Save As from the File menu of the standard report window opens the Save As dialog, from where you can browse for a location to which you can save your report.
Assay supports a variety of industry-standard file formats in which reports may be saved. The precise range of formats available when saving a report depends upon the type of report you have generated. Some common file formats are listed in the following table.

Comma separated (.csv) |
Save as a comma separated text file, which can be read directly by Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software, and many other data handling applications. |

Rich Text (.rtf) |
Save as a formatted text file, which can be read directly by word processing software such as Microsoft Word . |

Text (.txt) |
Save as a plain text file with formatting removed. |
