Manage sets from the database view

You can add and remove assays from sets in the Database View by following these steps:

1. Select the assays you want to add or remove.

2. Right-click and hover your mouse pointer on the Sets entry of the context menu. A sub-menu will appear.

   

3. Choose one of the following options:

   • Add to new Set. When you click this option the Assay Set dialog box opens, where you can enter a Name and optionally a Description for the new set. Click OK to create the set.

     

   • Add to Existing Set. Hover your mouse pointer on this option to reveal a list of existing sets. Click the set to which you want to add the assays. This option is disabled if no assay sets exist.

   • Remove from Set. Hover your mouse pointer on this option to reveal a list of sets including the selected assays. Click the set from which you want to remove the assays. This option is disabled if there is not set to which all the selected assays belong.

You can also use sets in the Database to limit the crudes which are seen. The quick filter enables you to choose any of the sets you have configured. See Filter by data set.
