Depending on your organisation’s security settings, the CrudeSync URL can be blocked by web traffic filtering applications such as ZScaler. This can stop Assay from connecting to the CrudeSync server.

Ensure that the CrudeSync URL is allowed by your web traffic filtering application on your device.
