User Database

The Duplicate references options allow the configuration of how user crudes may be named. Options available include:

• Allow duplicate references between user and standard databases- allows users to enter the same name for a user crude as an already existing standard database assay.

• Do not allow duplicate references between user and standard databases- prevents users from entering the same reference for a user crude as an already existing standard database assay.

  • Always rename duplicate references to enforce uniqueness- automatically renames assays with the same name as an existing assay by appending to the assay's reference.

  • Prompt to rename duplicate references to enforce uniqueness- opens a prompt dialog to allow renaming of the assay reference (Reference Conflicts).
