Edit a traded crude

You can change the information associated with a traded crude name by clicking the button of the Edit Reference Data dialog. If required enter a new name in the box and choose new locations for the crude's origin and default loading port from the drop down boxes. You can also edit the values for additional traded crude-specific information fields, if any have been defined, in the Information table.

More than one crude can share a traded name so when editing a traded crude you can choose how the current origin of those crudes with this traded name will be affected:

• Do not update crudes Crudes in the data share with this traded name will not have their origins changed.

• Matching crudes with the same initial origin Crudes in the data share which have this traded name and whose initial origin was the same as the traded crude's origin will have their origin updated.

• All matching crudes All crudes in the data share which have this traded name will have their origin changed.
