Profile Graph Content Measured values for crude properties can be seen on the graph

Measured values for crude properties can be seen on the graph. An interactive, and a non-interactive mode are available when displaying measurements on the graph:

  • In the database module, or the blend modules, measured values for crude properties can be viewed on the graph.

  • In the other generation modules, measured values for crude properties can be viewed and edited on the graph.

The following types of data may be seen on the profile graphs:

When only one crude is shown on the graph, the measurement data associated with that property of the graphed crude is shown.

The profile curves shown that appear on the graph are themselves denoted in the Graph Legend. See Graph legend.

Profile graph context menu

A right-click context menu is available on any profile graph to manage the functionality of the graph. The context menu offers the following options:

  • Copy: Select this option to copy the graph to the Clipboard. This is equivalent to pressing Ctrl-C on the keyboard. The graph is saved to the Clipboard in Microsoft Windows metafile (.wmf) format and can subsequently be pasted into any Microsoft   Office application or any application accepting files in .wmf format. You can control whether the graph legend and axis labels are also copied by setting or clearing the appropriate Graph Copying check boxes in the Preferences dialog. See Graphing preferences.

  • Export to File: Select this option to export the graph to a file in Microsoft Windows metafile (.wmf) format. You can control whether the graph legend and axis labels are also saved to the file by setting or clearing the appropriate Graph Copying check boxes in the Preferences dialog.
