Grid View dropdown

Assay comes equipped with several measurement grid views that control the presentation and functionality of the measurement grid. The measurement grid views supplied with Assay include:

  • Standard: The standard view shows a measurement grid similar in presentation to the usual measurement grid found in other generation modules such as BlendAnalysis. It supports all the functionality of the measurement grid used in these modules. See Enter data.

  • Advanced: The advanced measurement grid view gives you a more sophisticated view of data than that provided by the standard view. It provides all the functionality of the standard view, and supports several other features in addition.

  • Properties: The properties measurement grid view provides you with a view of data specifically tailored for easy entry of property data, including pure component and distillation data.

  • Summary: The summary measurement grid view gives an overview of measurement data in the grid by maximising the amount of data displayed.

In general, the advanced measurement grid view provides you with more control over the crude being worked up. However, the standard view provides a better view overall of the crude being manipulated.
