Manage groups

For example, if you have chosen to group your crudes by Region, then by Country, then the crudes are displayed as follows:

You can show or hide the contents of any group by clicking the expand and collapse icons, respectively. You can do the same by right-clicking on a group row and choosing Expand or Collapse from the context menu. Choose Expand All Children to expand the chosen group and all of its subgroups.

To change the sort order of groups, right-click on a group row and choose either Sort Descending or Sort Ascending from the context menu.

Note: The new sort order applies to all groups of the same type, not just on the group you have right-clicked on.

To remove grouping by a criterion, right-click on a group of the relevant type and choose Ungroup from the context menu. To completely remove grouping, choose Ungroup All instead, which is also available when you right-click on a column header.
