Change information field visibility

When an information field is visible it is possible for users to add information of this type to crudes in the database. Clearing the box removes the field from the information dialog preventing users adding more data. Previous entries associated with a crude are retained but are invisible to users.

To change an information field's visibility click the button of the Edit Reference Data dialog. In the new window select the check box to make the information field visible. Clear the check box to prevent users from seeing this information field and prevent them adding entries into this information field.
