You may export crudes in a variety of the standard report formats supported by your version of AVEVA™ Assay, including the following:
Crudes may be exported from both the Database and documents, depending on report type. From the Database, you can export either a single crude, or a selection of crudes. From a document, you can export only the crude currently being processed.
Export from the Database
To export one or more crudes from the Database, select the crudes to be exported and do either of the following:
-
Choose Export from the Document group of the Home ribbon tab.
-
Right click and choose Export from the context menu.
From the Export submenu, select your desired report format.
-
If you have selected a single crude, a Save As dialog opens, from where you can browse for a location to which you can save your crude data in the desired report format.
-
If you have selected more than one crude, the Export Options dialog opens from where you can save your crudes as either a single file, as multiple files, or as a single compressed file in your selected format. See Bulk export.
Export from a Document
To export a crude from a document in a report format, select Export from the Document group of the Home ribbon tab. From the Export submenu, choose your desired report format option. This opens a Save As dialog, from where you can browse for a location to which you can save your crude data in the selected report format.
