Guide Points

Guide points allow you to control the shape of the profile you are fitting. They are not points through which fitted profiles are guaranteed to pass, but merely serve as markers to guide the profile.

Guide points can be added, removed, or edited either graphically or through the graph information dialog.

Once you have modified the guide points of a profile, press F5 to regenerate the assay using the updated guide points.
