Create a new information field

To add a new information field click the button of the Edit Reference Data dialog. In the new window enter the following information:

1. A unique name for the new information field.

2. A name for the DLL code, which is used to refer to the information field when developing code with the Assay SDK.

3. A data type for the info field, choosing from the Type list.

4. Whether the info field applies to assays, traded crudes or both. Select the appropriate check boxes.

5. Optionally, a description for the info field.

If required, add a comment for the CrudeSync update and click Apply. The new info field is published to the CrudeSync server.
