The Grids pages are used to enter measurement values into the measurement grids (Entering Data). There are several different types of measurement grid:
-
pages accept any type of assay data including property measurements, distillation
data and components.
-
pages let you enter any distillation data you may have from distillation methods
such as D86, Simdis or True boiling point.
-
pages let you enter distillation data using the boiling point data from such methods
as D1160 and Simdis.
-
pages allow you to enter any data you may have on individual components from such
methods as gas chromatography.
-
pages allow you to enter compatibility data for non-waxy crudes.
-
pages allow you to enter compatibility data for waxy crudes.
Measurement grids are spreadsheet-like tables which allow you to enter assay data for any property associated with a crude oil or one of its fractions. You can type values into the cells of the measurement grid, or you can paste values from other applications. See Enter data.
