A date filter allows you to match against all crudes with a particular assay, issue, sample or validation date. To add a date filter condition, set the Date Filter radio button option.

A date filter comprises three parts: a date based information field, an operator that determines the matching behaviour of the filter, and a date control determining the date to match against.
You can set the date based information field against which you wish to match using the first drop down list. Date based information fields against which you can match include assay, issue, sample and validation date.
You can control the matching behaviour of the date filter using the middle drop down list. Matching behaviours that are available include:
-
Is Before: Match if the date held in the selected date based information field is prior to the date specified in the date control.
-
Is: Match if the date held in the selected date based information field is exactly that specified in the date control.
-
Is After: Match if the date held in the selected date based information field is later than the date specified in the date control.
You can set the date against which you wish to match using the date control of the final text box.
