Scatter graph

The scatter graph allows you to graphically compare the values for any two cut combinations of properties and cuts, either for all crudes in the database, or for a selection. Each crude in the database is plotted as a point, with the X-axis value corresponding to the first chosen property and cut combination, and the Y-axis value to the second.

The data points plotted on the graph correspond to the active data sets listed in the Filter drop-down list. The scatter graph legend, in the bottom right corner of the graph window, shows which data sets are being displayed. See Data sets.

Scatter graph lower right corner shows the active data sets

If you place the mouse cursor over any point plotted in the scatter graph, a tooltip appears telling you the name, reference, and the two plotted cut values for that crude.
