Filter data in the Results grid

You can specify parameters with the Filter Records dialog box to filter the data that appears in the Results grid.

To filter the data results in the grid

1. On the toolbar, click Filter Records . The Filter Records dialog box appears.

   

2. Make selections from the available filterable fields. As soon as you run the query, the Results grid results are refined to only those data results that match the filter query.

3. Click Find Now.
