AVEVA™ Production Management

Standard fields in the grid

Note Some standard fields may display in the results grid by default, and some may need to be configured to display.

The Movements Events view has the following standard fields.

Standard field

Description

Is Deleted

Indicates whether the movement event record is deleted.

Has Pending Changes

Indicates whether the movement event has pending changes for Inventory reprocessing.

IsFinalized

Indicates whether the movement event is finalized. A finalized movement event cannot be changed.

Has Error

Indicates whether the movement event has an issue, and therefore cannot go through Inventory reprocessing.

Last Modified By

The Production Management user name of the last person to modify record.

Last Modified

The last time the data was modified.

Sample Period

The date and time of the sample data.

Location

The currently selected location in the plant hierarchy.

Note This field is not populated for ad-hoc movements and adjustments.

Source Lot

The name of the source lot.

Source Lot Group

The lot group from which the material was sourced during a material movement.

Source Equipment

The name of the source work center. This field is not populated for an adjustment event.

Source Equipment Identifier

The unique identifier from an external system for the source equipment.

Location Identifier

The unique identifier for the reporting point from an external system.

Comment

Any comments on record about the material movement.

Record Identifier

The unique identifier for movements from external systems.

Destination Lot

The name of the destination lot.

Destination Lot Group

The lot group that the material was moved in to during a material movement.

Destination Equipment

The name of the destination work center.

Destination Equipment Identifier

The unique identifier from an external system for the destination equipment.

Source Material

This field is not populated for an Adjustment event.

Source Material Class

The material class to which the source material belongs.

Source Material Class Identifier

The unique identifier from an external system for the material class to which the source material belongs.

Source Material Identifier

The unique identifier from an external system for the source material.

Destination Material

The name of the material at the destination location.

Destination Material Class

The material class to which the destination material belongs.

Destination Material Class Identifier

The unique identifier from an external system for the material class to which the destination material belongs.

Destination Material Identifier

The unique identifier from an external system for the destination material.

Source Quantity

Depending on configuration, the value for this field may not be available in this view. This field is not populated for an Adjustment event.

Destination Quantity

Depending on configuration, the value for this field may not be available in this view.

Source Units

This field is not populated for an Adjustment event.

Destination Units

The units of the material moved to the destination location.

Movement Type

The movement type may be auto, manual, or adjustment.

Movement Direction

The direction of the material movement can be inbound or outbound.

Sample Identifier

The identifier for the movement that AVEVA Production Management matches with the unique RecordIdentifier field on a Quality record.

Comments

Any comments on record about the material movement.

Adjustment Method

This field is populated only for adjustments.

Adjustment Type

The adjustment type for the movement. The adjustment type may be Lot, Material, or Lot Group. This field is populated only for adjustments.

Modified Date Time

The modified date and time of the sample.

Lot Behavior

The specified lot behavior for the movement. This setting overrides the parent work center lot behavior.

Record Identifier

The unique identifier for the movement from an external system.

Location Identifier

The unique identifier for the reporting point from an external system.

Error Level

Indicates the error level.
