User management

This release contains major changes to the User Management infrastructure. The upgrade time could be significant if there are a large number of configured integrated users in the project.
Before upgrading, be sure to do the following:

Do a successful project validate before upgrade and make sure there are no validation errors on User items.

Make sure there are not duplicate identities associated with more than one User item. If this happens, only one User will be upgraded and all other duplicate users will be deleted.
