Upgrade of settings for users

Settings on User item in Studio previously associated with Simple Users will be preserved, except where a specific setting is deprecated.
Settings on User item in Studio previously associated with Integrated Users, are now configured based on group membership. Where an Active Directory user may be a member of multiple AD groups, the following table described how different user settings will be treated.
