Manage Shared Favorites

The ability to manage Shared Favorites (add, remove, change, share) is enabled through a single permission (CanManageSharedFavourites) on the User Group item.

• Users with the CanManageSharedFavourites permission can manage all Shared Favorites defined in the system.

• Users without the CanManageSharedFavourites permission can only view and use Shared Favorites that have been shared with the Groups to which they are members.
