Add and configure a custom view

You can add a custom view to any Applications folder that contains reporting points.
To add a custom view

In Studio, right-click an Applications folder, an Enterprise folder, a Site folder, or an Area folder, point to Add Item, then point to Standard Items, then select View. A new custom view appears.

Rename the custom view with a meaningful name.

Configure the properties. For guidance in configuring the properties, see Custom view properties.

Define the primary table for the view.
