You can configure project-wide settings for Planning on the Planning configuration item under the System Configuration folder.
Record State Manager
The Planning configuration item contains a default Record State Manager where you can configure planning record states and workflow transitions.

Standard Fields folder
The Planning configuration item contains a Standard Fields folder to store the standard fields that appear throughout Planning. For more information, see About Planning standard fields.
