Ad-hoc movement event details

Refer to the following tables for information on the ad-hoc movement event details.

Sample Period

The date and time of the movement event record.

Movement Direction

Select the movement direction as Input, Transfer, or Output.

Lot Behavior

Specify the lot behavior for lots moving in and out of the equipment. This is the queuing behavior. The options are:

  • Use source equipment behavior - Specifies the same lot behavior that is used by the source equipment.

  • Mixed - This method is neither queue-based or selection-based, because this method does not track lots.

  • Selective - Lots leave the equipment in the order they are selected.

  • LIFO - Last In First Out

  • FIFO - First In First Out

Record Identifier

Specify the unique identifier for movements from external systems.

Sample Identifier

Specify the identifier for the movement for AVEVA Production Management to match with the unique RecordIdentifier field on a Quality record.

Source properties

Source Equipment

Specify the name of the source equipment. When you select an equipment item, the type of lot behavior for the chosen equipment appears in the label.

Source Lot Group

Specify the source lot group.

Source Lot

Specify the source lot identifier.

Source Material Class

You can specify a source material class, instead of a material. All materials that belong to the class are eligible.

Source Material

Specify the source lot material.

Source Quantity

Specify the source quantity.

Source Units

Specify the source units.

Destination properties

Destination Equipment

Specify the name of the destination equipment.

Destination Lot Group

Specify the destination lot group.

Destination Lot

Specify the destination lot identifier.

Destination Material Class

You can specify a destination material class, instead of a material. All materials that belong to the class are eligible.

Destination Material

Specify the destination lot material.

Destination Quantity

Specify the destination quantity.

Destination Units

Specify the destination units.

Comments

Type some comments about this change. Your comments are saved with the movement event record.

Standard

You can add values for custom fields if they are defined.

Contributors

You can specify contributor values to store with the movement record. For more information on viewing contribution values for records, see Show Contributions data in pie chart.
