Selected Pins

Note This feature is only available when configured. If Quick Complete has not been configured, it will not appear in the context menu.

You can pin your own selected combinations of Cause, Cause location, Classification, and Effect to populate these fields when classifying Downtime records. Downtime Quick Complete is available from the right-click context menu for Downtime records.

Also, please note that Pin Current Selection is visible only when the following conditions are met:

• User has proper authorization

• All three fields Cause, Cause Location, and Classification have values.

Pinned section

When you pin a combination, the pin appears under the Pinned section of the Quick Complete menu. You can create nicknames or aliases for your pins.

To pin current selection

1. In the Downtime module, right click a record in the grid and select Pin Current Selection.

   

   The Pin Current Selection dialog box displays.

2. (Optional) Under Alias, you can enter a nickname for the pin if you choose.

   

3. Click Add.
