AVEVA.ProductionManagement.LicenseUpdate.exe is the License Update Tool that is available on request. You can place the executable in any folder or the AVEVA Production Management installation folder. Use the application as a Windows executable using a command prompt.
Use the License Update tool

Open the Windows Command prompt with Run as administrator.

Change the folder to the folder where the executable is placed.

Run AVEVA.ProductionManagement.LicenseUpdate.exe from the command prompt. When executing without parameters, the application expects the license file from the same folder.
Successful execution updates a license file to the registry. You can provide the following parameter switches to specify the License File Path and License File.
