The UpdateRecordStatus method enables you to confirm and unconfirm records with a specified SetId.
Notes

The web service verifies permissions and checks for confirmed status before updating an existing record.

If the record is already confirmed and an update is requested, the web service verifies that the web service user has permissions "unconfirm record" and "confirm record" before processing. If the user does not have these permissions, the record is not updated.

You cannot perform the UpdateRecordStatus operation on records in the Metrics or Inventory module.
