URL Rewrite

The URL Rewrite module is a mandatory prerequisite for HTTPS communication to maintain backward compatibility of the HTTP links. This is third-party software from Microsoft.

The HTTPS option on the Installer wizard screen will not be enabled unless URL Rewrite is installed in the computer.
