Although you configure custom fields at the reporting point, you can configure Quality standard fields in the System Configuration folder under the Quality configuration item. The standard fields that appear under the configuration item are common throughout the entire module.
List of Quality standard fields
This is a list of standard fields for Process Quality.
Subsets of Quality standard fields can be used by Process Quality reporting points, Material Quality reporting points, and Calculated Quality reporting points.

The Is Finalized standard field indicates the movement event is finalized. A finalized movement event cannot be changed. |

The IsManual standard field indicates whether a user or AVEVA™ Production Management created the record. |

The LastModified standard field contains the time that the data was last modified. Last Modified is captured on non-system generated changes to custom and standard fields. This does not include Record creation and Confirmation as they have their own fields. System generated records will show the LastModified field as blank. |
Last Modified By |
The LastModifiedBy standard field shows the last AVEVA™ Production Management user to modify the record. Last Modified By is captured on non-system generated changes to custom and standard fields. This does not include Record creation and Confirmation as they have their own fields. System generated records will show the LastModifiedBy field as blank. |
Location Identifier |
The LocationIdentifier is a unique identifier for a reporting point from an external system. For example, a reporting point in SAP has an identifier. You enter the SAP identifier into the LocationIdentifier property so that AVEVA™ Production Management recognizes the SAP reporting point. The LocationIdentifier cannot be the same as any other LocationIdentifier or EquipmentIdentifier. |
Lot |
A Lot is a uniquely identifiable amount of material. For accounting and production control purposes, the plant treats a material lot as a unit in processing. You can generate unique identifiers for material lots, and you can configure AVEVA™ Production Management to track them at key measurement points known in AVEVA™ Production Management as Work Centers. In AVEVA™ Production Management, the terms material lot and lot are interchangeable. |
Lot Group |
A lot group enables you to define specific lots as being related to each other, or belonging to the same group. When lots are moved in and out of work centers, this can impact the queue behavior. You can specify that lots belonging to a specific lot group are prioritized in the queue. |
Material |
A Material standard field contains the name of a material, which is a substance that the plant uses and produces such as raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods. |
Material Class |
The Material Class standard field specifies the material class to which the material belongs. |
Material Class Identifier |
The MaterialClassIdentifier standard field contains the unique identifier for a material class from an external system. For example, a material class in SAP has an identifier. You enter the SAP identifier into the MaterialClassIdentifier property in AVEVA™ Production Management so that AVEVA™ Production Management recognizes the SAP material class. |
Material Identifier |
The MaterialIdentifier standard field contains the unique identifier for material from an external system. For example, a material in SAP has an identifier. You enter the SAP identifier into the MaterialIdentifier property in AVEVA™ Production Management so that AVEVA™ Production Management recognizes the SAP material. |
Modified Date Time |
The ModifiedDateTime field contains the date and time when the record was last modified. |
Object Id |
The ObjectID standard field contains the full name of the reporting point for the record; for example, Plant.Area1.Process4.ProductionLine. The default display name for this field is Location. For Metrics, ObjectId is a filter to query records by the Location that the user selects in the Filter Builder. |
Quality Event Type |
The Quality Event Type standard field indicates the type of Quality Event, such as Calculated Quality or Material Quality. |
Record Date Time |
The RecordDateTime field is a creation timestamp provided by an external system to check that AVEVA™ Production Management recognizes the most up-to-date value for the record. |
Record Identifier |
The RecordIdentifier field is a unique field in Process Quality that matches a Quality record with movements where the SampleIdentifier field is the same as the value you enter in the Quality RecordIdentifier field. The quality data may be late arriving. For example, two movements into StockpileA have a SampleIdentifier of ESID1. Later, when you add a Quality record, you enter ESID1 in the RecordIdentifier field. AVEVA™ Production Management uses the value entered in the Quality RecordIdentifier field to match the record with any movements where the SampleIdentifier is ESID1. |
Sample Date Time |
The SampleDateTime standard field contains the collection date and time of the data, which may or may not be the same as the creation date and time of the record. |
