Add an equipment usage record

You can add an equipment usage record manually. An equipment usage record collects data about the operation and maintenance of a piece of equipment.
To add an equipment usage record

Switch to the Maintenance module.

In the View Selection pane, click Standard View.

On the Standard toolbar, click the Insert a manual sample button. The Add Maintenance Record dialog box appears.

Fill in the details, and then select Add.
