Add and configure an Energy reporting point

When you add an Energy reporting point to your project, be sure to add it in the correct location of the project hierarchy.

To add an Energy reporting point

1. In Studio, right-click a folder in the plant hierarchy and point to Add Item, then Reporting Points, then select Energy. A new Energy reporting point appears.

   

2. Give the reporting point a meaningful name to identify it.

3. Configure the Overconsumption capture condition.

4. Configure the properties. For guidance in configuring the properties, see Energy reporting point properties.
