Add and configure a Decision output

After you add a Decision output to a Decision matrix, you will need to configure the HistoricalExpression value for each Decision output item.
Note: Copy, paste, rename, and delete are available for all components of the Decision matrix.
Root-level inputs and outputs
If you add an output to the Decision matrix, the output item appears below the Decision matrix, as well as below all rules that belong to the Decision matrix. Meaning, every output belongs to every rule. You cannot delete outputs from under a Rule. You can delete Outputs only at the root level of the Decision matrix.

Therefore, each defined output is available to all rules.
If a Rule does not require use of an output item, leave the Historical Expression property on that output item empty.
To add an output
-
Right-click the Decision matrix and click Add Output on the shortcut menu.

-
Add as many Outputs as you require and configure their properties. For guidance in configuring the properties, see Output properties.
Note: Copy, paste, rename, and delete are available for root-level components of the Decision matrix.
