Upgrading users when there is no AD access

When there is no connection to Active directory and the user's Identity has a value, the below steps are followed.

• Converts User to UserGroup.

• Shares all personal favorites with the same identity.

• Shares all shared favorites with the same identity.

• Saves hidden columns data against the same identity.
