Add and configure a Downtime custom field

You can add as many custom fields as is practical to a Downtime reporting point.

To add a Downtime field

1. In Studio, right-click a Downtime reporting point and select Add Field. A new Downtime field appears.

2. Rename the field with a meaningful name.

3. Configure the properties. For guidance in configuring the properties, see Downtime field properties.
