Modify the ServerRemoting config file

The ServerRemoting file contains the setting to TCP transport channel to establish connection between Studio and Ampla service.

To modify the ServerRemoting config file

1. Navigate to the AVEVA Production Management installation directory. For example: C:\Program Files\AVEVA\AVEVA Production Management.

   

2. Open the ServerRemoting config file in Notepad or a similar text editor.

3. Modify the default port setting.

   

4. Save and close the file.

5. Restart the service for the settings to take effect.

   Note: These settings become effective only after the service restarts.
