About time events

A time event item enables you to define events based on date and time. Time events are useful when used as part of a capture condition expression to define when to capture data. Usually, timers are one of the first things you set up when you create a project.

Types of time events

• Single time events - Events that occur one time only.

• Periodic time events - Events that occur periodically (repeats at regular intervals).

• Weekly time events - Periodic events that occur weekly.

• Monthly time events - Periodic events that occur monthly.
