Virtual capture condition

AVEVA™ Production Management records virtual downtime when performance drops below the threshold range for longer than the specified delay.

Virtual Downtime is not recorded when performance drops, but is still within threshold limits.

Virtual Downtime is not recorded if performance drops below the threshold, but does not meet the StartDelay.
