Downtime Quick Complete

Downtime Quick Complete enables you to classify Downtime records based on frequently-used selections for that reporting point. When enabled, this feature can provide a list of five suggestions, based on the history of that reporting point for the specified time window. There is also the ability to select and save combinations, known as Pins.

You can enable Quick Complete functionality at a global level, and it becomes active for all Downtime reporting points. However, you can disable the feature on specific Downtime reporting points. The suggestion list is always specific for the selected reporting point.

You will need to add the Manage Quick Complete security operation to a user or user group's permissions to grant privileges for managing the Quick Complete feature.
