Add Virtual Downtime manually

You can configure and add manual Virtual Downtime records through AVEVA™ Production Management and through web services. Unlike automatic virtual downtime, manual virtual Downtime records can be updated with new values.

To add Virtual Downtime through AVEVA Production Management

1. In Studio, expand System Configuration, expand Downtime, then locate the PercentDowntime standard field. Change the value of the ShowInDetails property to True.

   

2. In Production Analyst, on the Add Downtime Record or Record Details dialog box, the Eff.% field is displayed. The user can type the required effective downtime percentage and click Add record.
