Standard fields in the grid

Note Some standard fields may display in the results grid by default, and some may need to be configured to display.
The Material Flow view has the following standard fields.

Is Finalized |
|
Indicates whether the movement event is finalized. A finalized movement event cannot be changed. |

Last Modified |
The last time the data was modified. |

Sample Period |
|
The date and time of the sample data. |

Location |
The location in the equipment hierarchy. |
|
|
Material |
|
The substances that the plant uses and produces: raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods. |
|
Material Identifier |
|
The unique identifier from an external system for the material. |
|
Material Class |
|
The material class to which the material belongs. |
|
Material Class Identifier |
|
The unique identifier from an external system for the material class to which the material belongs. |
|
Source Lot |
|
The name of the source lot. |
|
Source Lot Group |
The lot group to which the source lot belongs. |
|
|
Source Equipment |
|
The name of the source equipment. |
|
Source Equipment Identifier |
|
The unique identifier from an external system for the source equipment. |
|
Destination Lot |
|
The name of the destination lot. |
|
Destination Lot Group |
The lot group to which the destination lot belongs. |
|

Destination Equipment |
|
The name of the destination equipment. |

Source Material |
|
The name of the material at the source location. |

Source Material Class |
|
The material class to which the source material belongs. |

Source Material Identifier |
|
The unique identifier from an external system for the source material. |

Destination Material |
|
The name of the material at the destination location. |

Destination Material Class |
|
The material class to which the destination material belongs. |

Destination Material Class Identifier |
|
The unique identifier from an external system for the material class to which the destination material belongs. |

Destination Material Identifier |
|
The unique identifier from an external system for the destination material. |

Quantity |
|
The quantity of material. Note For a survey result where the balance is the same as the existing lot balance, the Quantity field displays 0 because no adjustment is required. |

Units |
The unit of measure for the quantity of material. |
|

Comments |
Any comments on record about the material movement. |
|
|
Operations Segment |
|
An operation segment defines a portion of an operation process. |
|
Record Identifier |
|
The unique identifier for the movement from an external system. |
|
Location Identifier |
|
The unique identifier for the location from an external system. |
|
Last Modified By |
|
The Production Management user name of the last person to modify record. |
|
Modified Date Time |
|
The date and time when the record was last modified. |
|
Movement Type |
|
The movement type can be Automatic, Manual, Adjustment, or Survey. |
|
Movement Direction |
|
The direction of the material movement can be inbound, outbound, or internal. |
|
Movement Event ID |
The unique identifier for the movement event. This field is not displayed by default, but can be configured to display. |

Movement Location |
|
The name of the material movement item that was used to create this movement. |
|
Adjustment Type |
|
The adjustment type can be Lot, LotGroup, Material, or None. |
