You can configure project-wide settings for Downtime on the Downtime configuration item under the System Configuration folder.

Standard Fields folder

The Downtime configuration item contains a Standard Fields folder to store the standard fields that appear throughout Downtime.

Events item

The Downtime configuration item contains a default Events item where you can Configure the Downtime event table.
